Mentha spicata
We are all familiar with the smell of Spearmint and it is mainly associated with chewing gum, toothpaste and mouthwash. The aroma of Spearmint has an uplfiting and refreshing effect.
This oil can be used in a diffuser and when diluted correctly applied topically (not for use on the face) or added to a footpath.
